1. BLUEPEAK inspects the job site, and walks you through how the tile will be cleaned.
2. Furniture & equipment can be moved upon request.
3. Appointment gets set for tile cleaning.
4. Equipment gets prepared.
5.Tile is pre-sprayed and agitated using appropriate solutions, and allowed time to dwell to maximize quality.
6. We then spray with a heated cleaning solution at high pressure, and simultaneously extract liquids, dirt, and debris from the tile, leaving the tile dry within minutes.
7. Job site is inspected with the client to ensure satisfaction.
8. Lastly, a recurring schedule is created to optimize floor care.

Client succes is our number one goal in doing business. We have a process that is broken down into a timeline for each Client. For the first week of service, we will provide daily inspections by your location's supervisor. Daily phone calls with your account manager. And for the remainder of your contract:
- Weekly and Monthly check-in calls with your account manager to optimize your service
- Ongoing inspections by your locations supervisor
- Quarterly optimization meetings with Owner of BLUEPEAK
